The three big updates

1. The chat answers you — and doesn't charge for questions

Before, anything you typed in the chat was treated as a change and used a credit, even if it was just a question. Now the chat tells them apart:

• If you ask something ("how do I upload my photos?", "can I show prices?"), it answers right away, for free. Your page isn't touched and no credit is spent.
• If you request a change ("update the phone number", "add the schedule"), it does it as always, for 1 credit.
• If you complain without details ("it looks bad", "I don't like it"), instead of guessing and breaking something, it asks you what exactly you want different.

And one honest limitation: the chat can't open links. If you paste another website's address for it to copy, it will say so and ask for a screenshot. It used to pretend it had seen the page, and that ended badly.

2. Your page can have a real contact form

Ask the chat: "add a contact form". Your page gets name, email and message fields, and when a visitor fills it in, the message lands straight in your account's email, with that person's email so you can reply directly.

• Nothing to set up: no email config, no keys, no third-party services.
• Your email isn't exposed on the page (so spam bots can't harvest it).
• It ships with a bot filter and a daily cap so nobody floods your inbox.

3. New pages come with photos that match your business
